Because I need it too, I’ve started offering a free Wednesday morning Havening and somatic meditation drop in, for 20mins.
I feel the pull of the divisiveness and toxicity online just like you. I feel the anger and the grief and the world’s overwhelm too.
It’s a practice, to notice and feel these and not to identify with them or run to rescue.
If it’s triggering, and we will be triggered, to process what we feel and expand our capacity to be still when we want to numb or react, is the work.

What: Guided meditation and gentle, seated movement.
Show up as you are, you won’t need to interact.
Video on or off, anonymous or named. Engage or just sit and be part of it.
No need to RSVP.
I’ll mute everyone so you don’t need to worry you’ve left your mic on.
The invitation is to do some breath work, some Havening and somatics before you get going with your day.
